I’m thrilled , and honoured to have been asked to Launch Cork’s One City One Book for 2021. Now in it’s 6th Year, this is a fabulous initiative, which encourages book loving Corkonians to read and discuss the same book. I will be chatting to this year’s recipient, Danielle McLaughlin, whose debut novel, The Art of Falling, was published recently to great critical acclaim.
I adored the novel, and consider Danielle one of the best novelists writing in Ireland today. Click here to join me on Sunday, 25th April, at 4.30 pm, when the launch takes place as part of the Cork World Book Festival. It promises to be an interesting afternoon.
